Jose is the owner of CREMA Investments. He has been a student of real estate since 2008 and decided to get off the sidelines and start investing in 2016.  He is a certified project manager which was put to use in his 22-year Air Force career in working multi-million IT project installs and upgrades. Most of his real estate experience comes in the form of single family investing whether it be wholesaling, fix and flips, airbnb, or rentals.  

Jose is always trying to educate himself on different ways to invest.  When attending a single family weekend seminar, one of the sections was on multifamily investing.  The speaker explained how to build from a single family investment up to multifamily units and then repeat the process.  It was then he said why take the journey when you can jump to the end and decided to focus on multifamily investing.  It is then where he started CREMA Investments and started to educate himself on how to get started in this new investment space.  The intent of starting his business is to develop passive income and create generational wealth.

Jose is the host of the REV multifamily Meetup Denver Chapter focused exclusively on apartment investing.  His goal is to help others learn how to invest in multifamily deals regardless of past experience and to network with like-minded investors who may be interested in building a partnership and making money together.  By sharing and growing together he hopes to enrich other peoples' lives both personally and professionally.
