Jared currently works as a certified lineman for National Grid in Western New York. Being trained in handling power lines up to 15,000 volts, with no room for error, Jared has learned to pay close attention to detail, prioritize tasks and always have his team’s back as to prevent any fatalities. Their moto, “We are our brother’s keeper,” has always resonated with him. This “team” aspect that Jared has lived with for years naturally led him into investment real estate.

As a husband with two beautiful girls he wanted to create a life around passive income to enable him to spend more time with his family. What started as a side hustle has turned into a burning passion to provide quality living spaces to those that rent from him.

🏠Jared currently owns and manages a handful of investment properties with the goal of acquiring 100 more units within the next 12 months. Jared is energized by giving back and has a desire to improve people’s lives by improving the housing that they reside in.

🤝His desire to want all to succeed and share his experiences with others along the way is what led him into multifamily investing.

📝Jared is also the host of the REV Multifamily Meetup, Rochester Chapter, the largest monthly gathering in Rochester focused exclusively on apartment investing. REV is a nationwide network focused on education and relationships meant to inspire and motivate others to accelerate their way to financial freedom via apartments.

📈As a REV Chapter leader, Jared hosts monthly events where he will be sharing his own experience with investing as well as bringing in industry experts to expand on the power of multifamily investing.
